Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it’s shipped for a full refund.
Once the order has shipped, we are unable to cancel it, but you can still return the items.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify for a return, the items must be:

• Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• In their original packaging with tags still attached

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item.
A flat $10 return shipping fee will be deducted from the refund if applicable.

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order.
The items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Once we receive and confirm the condition of your returned item, we will send out a replacement.

Exchange shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the exchange is due to our error.
A $10 exchange shipping fee applies.

Delayed Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again, and contact your card provider as sometimes it takes a few business days for the refund to show up.
